About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated, fluent English speaker to join our growing Software & IT team. No technical background is needed—we’ll train you, help you build your skills, and support your career growth while offering competitive pay.
What You’ll Do
- Attend software job interviews and professional meetings.
- Communicate professionally with client companies.
- Handle prepared updates and responses with guidance from our technical team.
- Join short daily team stand-ups.
- Make cold calls and connect with potential clients.
- Stay connected with the team through Slack.

- Confidence in cold calling and professional conversations.
- A proactive, organized, and reliable attitude.
- The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine interest in building a career in Software & IT.
Requirements
- Fluent English (C1 level or above)
- Legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
- At least 26 years old.
Nice to Have
- Experience in any of the following is a plus:
- IT recruiting or technical recruiting.
- Virtual assistance or remote team support.
- Dispatching or interview coordination.
- English teaching or professional communication training.
Compensation & Career Growth
- Paid training: Start with a two-month onboarding and training period.
- Starting at $1,200/month, with the potential to earn over $4,000/month within six months, based on performance and role progression.
